These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CricJeeto mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by hitormiss.live ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CricJeeto.
- You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where skill-based prediction games are legally permitted. CricJeeto is currently intended for users in India. Residents of the following states are not permitted to play real-reward modes: Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, Odisha, Telangana.
- You must sign in with a valid Google or phone-verified account.
2. Nature of the Service
CricJeeto is a skill-based prediction game. Users predict the outcome of individual cricket deliveries based on knowledge of the game, teams, players, pitch conditions and match situation. Outcomes are settled against the official commentary feed provided by our third-party cricket data vendor.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Keep your Google / phone sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You may hold only one account at a time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be suspended.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, exploit bugs, or use bots/scripts.
4. No payments accepted from users
This is important and worth stating plainly:
- CricJeeto does not charge any fee, subscription or in-app purchase to play.
- CricJeeto does not accept deposits, top-ups, or any form of money from users.
- We do not collect or store any payment method, no debit card, credit card, UPI ID, net-banking, or wallet details. We are not a payment-handling platform.
- If anyone asks you to pay to enter a CricJeeto contest, use a "paid tier", or unlock features, it is a scam. Please report it to us.
5. Coins and wallet
- Coins are a virtual in-game currency. They are not legal tender, securities, or convertible to cash.
- Coins are earned for free, by winning predictions, climbing leaderboards, daily login bonuses, and promotional events. They are never sold.
- Coins have no expiry while your account is active.
- We reserve the right to correct erroneous coin credits or debits caused by bugs, vendor errors, or fraud.
6. Predictions and settlement
- Each prediction locks when the bowler begins their run-up. Predictions cannot be modified after locking.
- Settlement is based on the outcome reported by our third-party cricket data vendor. Their classification of the ball is final.
- Payout formula:
coinsStaked × multiplier × 2for correct predictions,0for incorrect predictions. "Staked" coins are free coins you earned, no real money is ever at risk. - In the event of match abandonment, rain, DRS or Super Over, refer to our FAQ for how settlements are handled.
7. Redemption (rewards going to you)
- Coins may be redeemed for Amazon Pay INR gift cards at the denominations shown in-app.
- Gift card codes are delivered in-app and are bearer instruments, treat them like cash.
- Redemption is final. Once a code is issued, it cannot be reversed, refunded or exchanged.

8. Fair play & prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts or scrapers to interact with the Service.
- Exploit bugs, race conditions, or scoring errors. Report them instead, we offer bug bounties.
- Create multiple accounts or share accounts.
- Tamper with network traffic, API requests, or client-side code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
Violations may result in account suspension, coin forfeiture, and permanent ban.
8. Brand content & advertising
The Service includes branded dice, prize wheel sponsors, and other brand placements. Brand content is served by our Brand Allocation Engine based on campaign rules. We do not endorse any third-party product or service displayed in the app.
9. Intellectual property
The CricJeeto name, logo, app design, code, and content are owned by hitormiss.live. Match data and statistics are licensed from third-party providers. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
10. User content
If you submit usernames, feedback or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of match data, or absence of bugs. Cricket data depends on third-party feeds which may experience outages or errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the total value of Amazon Pay gift cards redeemed to your account in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify hitormiss.live against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, unredeemed coins are forfeited.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@hitormiss.live. Most issues are resolved within 7 days.
